… is a greatly over-rated condiment..
I speak from personal experience.
Even though I had my second hip replaced over a year ago, I still tend to eat my meals in bed; at one stage, this used to be the only way I got a modicum of comfort.
As soon as I settle down, more often than not, my darling moggie will discover an irresistible urge to join me; she seems to think that her presence will enhance my eating experience. Which it does – up to a point. That is, until one paw surreptitiously creeps over my tray in an attempt to purloin the more appetising items on my plate; when admonished – in disgust, she swishes her tail onto my food – leaving the odd strand of trailing hair as a souvenir..
Yuk..
Although, I have to say that watching her paw move is absolutely adorable. And, despite being a total technophobe, I have managed to take a couple of videos on my phone of her in action; just don’t have a clue as to how to upload it to my computer – let alone here 🙂
Nevertheless, I’ve since discovered that cat hair has a number of constructive uses – including helping with oil spills, acts as a slug deterrent, and being turned into knitwear.
